Local Real Estate Agent and Port Jefferson resident Amanda Eckart let us know about a deal on a house on Sheep Pasture Road via Twitter a couple of weeks ago and it seems the property is still available.
This bank-owned home at 223 Sheep Pasture Road is selling for $255,000. It features three bedrooms, two baths a finished basement, new carpet and new paint. As a Fannie Mae Homepath Property it is already approved for a Homepath Mortgage or a Homepath Renovation Mortgage.
According to the Fannie Mae website, HomePath is a brand used for all of the properties it owns, including foreclosed homes. The property at 223 Sheep Pasture Road is a foreclosure.
