Lee Cirillo, Neighbor

Lee, received her Personal Training Certification from the Scientific Management of Anatomic Responsive Training from Dowling College. She played junior Olympic softball and was the first person east of the Mississippi to be recruited by the University of California – Berkeley to play softball, where she played for two years before transferring to Marist College as a result of a sports injury. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Marist and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from C.W. Post. Losing her father prompted Cirillo to reevaluate her health and fitness, and ultimately caused her to change career path’s and become a Certified Personal Trainer. She has extensive experience developing general fitness programs as well as creating specialized training programs for post injury rehab and sports-specific conditioning. Lee has a genuine commitment to ensure that others reach their health and wellness goals. Lee uses her dedication and the discipline her sports background has taught her to help her clients not only reach their goals, but also to build confidence within them.<br> <br> Lee is proud to say the she has put together a great team of trainers who are both degreed and/or certified in the physical fitness and sports specific fields which has attributed to the great testimonials that clients have given her. The clientele varies from the busy professional corporate world to the busy home life of moms and dads to the person wanting to train for marathons to the client who just wants to be fit.
