Wish I understood why people continuously stop at the blinking yellow light and glide through the blinking red light.
Why oh why?
Until I get an answer, I'll just keep enjoying beeping my horn at the blinking yellow and sitting and waving on the opposing cars at the blinking red.

We ARE supposed to STOP at a blinking red (= to stop sign) and allow traffic to pass before going, yes?

And blinking yellow means "proceed with caution," yes?
Have I forgotten the "rules of the road" and have this wrong? Or do we have a special "whatever we feel like" at my favorite intersection?
(Yes, for those of you who haven't picked up on it, this IS an outlet for pent up frustration of life. My family will not allow me to go through my favorite intersection when they are in the car.)
